Tarik Skubal and the 2026-27 MLB free-agent rankings
Tarik Skubal tops Kiley McDaniel's list of 50 free agents, which includes projected contracts for each player.
TLDR
Kiley McDaniel ranks Skubal first and sees a strong chance he breaks pitcher contract records. He describes the rest of the market as weaker than usual. With the current collective bargaining agreement ending December 1, McDaniel asks whether teams will repeat the rush of deals seen before the previous agreement expired.
