Nikola Jokić Chases Westbrook's Triple-Double Record This Season

The NBA says Jokić entered his 12th season with Denver with 198 career triple-doubles, second in league history. He needed 12 more to pass former teammate Russell Westbrook's record of 209. The league quoted Jokić saying he looked forward to breaking the record and scheduled Denver's opener against Oklahoma City for October 22 at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
