NFL and TMRW Sports unveil Premier Flag brand for planned pro league

The NFL and TMRW Sports unveiled Premier Flag as the brand identity for a professional flag football league they are developing for women and men. The announcement names a league still in development, not one that has begun play.

The partners plan to launch in summer 2027. Ben Fischer of Sports Business Journal reported that league executives expect all competition in the inaugural season to take place at a single venue in a host city yet to be named. The NFL says the investor group includes all 32 NFL club owners. It also says Populous is working on the inaugural stadium's design, while Transwestern is leading the host-city selection process.
