Indiana Fever president Kelly Krauskopf to step down after nearly 30 years with Pacers Sports & Entertainment

The Athletic reports the Fever announced Friday that Kelly Krauskopf will step down as president ahead of what it calls an important offseason. Yahoo Sports says she was the team’s first president and general manager and oversaw its 2012 WNBA title-winning team. She returned to the Fever in 2024 after serving as Pacers assistant general manager, a role Yahoo Sports says made her the first woman in NBA history to hold an executive basketball management position.
