Ahoy all, and welcome to our space here for Sony shooters.

Obviously there are already well-established Sony Alpha communities around the web, so it'll be interesting to see what we can make of this one, but I'm excited to watch it evolve. I'll put together some community guidelines in the days ahead!

My 'guiding rule' for now, though, is that we all come to this community with best intentions, thoughtful contributions (and restraint!), and a good-faith approach to conversation. As far as I'm concerned, "don't say anything here that you wouldn't say to their face" never stopped being a good rule.

I currently use an A7CR, but I've previously owned the A7RV, A7IV and A7III, along with an RX100VI, a ZV1, and a ZV-E10.

Of those past Sonys, I miss the A7RV the most! I love my A7CR deeply, but I do wish I'd held onto its big-bodied counterpart.

Outside of Sony, I use a Ricoh GRIIIx regularly, and a Lumix GM5 very occasionally.

I'm on insta at @yomikestevens (a mix of Ricoh and Sony), @rightoturbo (mostly car photos with the A7CR), and @mikestevens.photos (the A7CR killin' it as my workhorse for paid work!)
