I want to “learn” soccer

As an American, I didn’t have the benefit of growing up with soccer in my area back in the 90s.

My wife and I kind of want to get into the MLS as we are moving and will be with 30 min of the local MLS stadium(STL). I’ve been to a single MLS game (ATL) before and had a blast but I know almost nothing about rules.

Anyone have an easily digestible resource I could read/watch to get “up to snuff” so I’m not totally lost in the upcoming season?
