Learning the moderation ropes

Good afternoon! After some testing of removing comments/posts I wanted to let you all know the results. If I remove a comment, it puts the reason at the top of the comment and I have the ability to restore the comment.

If I remove a post, it just completely removes it and I can't do anything to restore it.

I do not have any view into reported comments or posts unfortunately, so for the time being, if anyone needs to report any comment, feel free to @colby me in a comment and I'll look into it. Otherwise, it appears that reports just go straight to the Digg team.

I plan to be relaxed in moderation and will be transparent when moderation is necessary - egregious content or things that are completely off topic. Just wanted to give you all a heads up about the reporting. I'm always open to feedback or ideas you all have about the community, so chime in anytime.
