What are you using for 'local' backups in your 3-2-1 strategy?

I have my main NAS in RaidZ1 (doesn't count as a backup!), which is then backed up weekly to BackblazeB2.

What solution do you use for your local storage on a second device/media? I would guess something that just spins up daily for a quick backup, then back down to idle.
