This is underrated advice
Everyone wants to know what to add to their life to make it better. What product do they need? What do they need to add to their morning routine? What superfood do they add to their diet? What new activity should they add?
Yet, it's easier to cut unproductive activities, negative people and bad habits out. Then, guess what happens? Not only are they no longer dragging you down, you have time to replace all those negative things with better activities, people and habits.
