Nautilus Biotechnology advances single-molecule proteomics for tau proteoforms in Alzheimer's
Nautilus Biotechnology says its Voyager platform would quantify tau and EWS::FLI1 proteoforms in the planned SEEDS research.
TLDR
A post discussing Nautilus' tau paper says its assay observed 130 of 768 resolvable tau proteoforms across samples, with about 5.5% end-to-end CV. Nautilus says it expects to join the four-year, ARPA-H-funded SEEDS consortium, pending contracting, and could receive up to $6 million to use Voyager to quantify tau and EWS::FLI1 proteoforms. It expects the data to train AI models to predict how proteoforms push proteins toward aggregation.
