Precision Neuroscience adds first research site outside US at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

InsideBCI reports Precision Neuroscience signed a two-year agreement with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, its first research site outside the US. The partners plan to evaluate Layer 7, a brain-surface film with 1,024 electrodes, with an initial focus on restoring function for people with severe paralysis. Its temporary version received FDA clearance in 2025 for use under 30 days. The agreement follows Precision's $250 million Series D; no Abu Dhabi procedure date has been announced.
