Young mathematicians solve an old conjecture using probabilistic methods

Quanta Magazine reports that several young mathematicians revived and solved an old conjecture that may have been inspired by juggling. Mathematician Noga Alon credited collaboration, the young generation and probabilistic methods with solving the problem.
