Hydrogel reportedly reverts cancer cells to cancer stem cells in 24 hours

NightSkyToday says Japanese scientists created a hydrogel that reverts cancer cells to cancer stem cells in 24 hours.

Separately, NextScience, citing a Science Advances paper by F. Le Cann and colleagues, reports that an Institut Pasteur team used a three-drug combination to trigger inflammatory cell death in malignant B-cell leukemia. NextScience says tumors disappeared completely in multiple preclinical models, with human trials still to come.
