Sac-TMT reportedly cut death risk by one-third in advanced endometrial cancer trial

Adam Feuerstein of STAT reports that randomized Phase 3 results presented Oct. 26 showed sac-TMT cut the risk of death by one-third in advanced endometrial cancer. Medical Xpress separately reports a 41% lower progression risk versus chemotherapy in women previously treated with chemotherapy and immunotherapy. STAT reports the Merck and Kelun-Biotech drug is approved in China, with global trials underway to support approvals elsewhere.
