In its Serhant listing, this $250 million penthouse in Central Park Tower is described as "The One Above All Else." Pretentious as it is, this photo goes some way to explaining why.
Yep, this apartment is a whopping 1,416 feet above New York City, occupying the top three floors of the world's tallest residential tower. That makes for some pretty stunning views.
The penthouse's 17,545 square-feet of interior space is also predictably flashy.
There's a grand salon, a private ballroom, an observatory, a library, a pool, seven bedrooms and (somehow) more.
The 1,433 square-feet of outdoor space included with the penthouse is as nice as you'd expect, too.
Oh, one small thing, before I forget โ on top of the $250 million for the apartment, you'll also have to cough up $74,638 per month in common charges and taxes. Just something to think about.
