Nice spot to make a base in Echo Creek

There is a gas station in Echo Creek that makes up to a great base spot. I'll list some pros and cons:

Pros:

1. In the ground floor there are 3 stores, one of them being the convenience store, one cafe and a small mechanic garage. On the upper floor there is a house, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of these 3 have a small storage area, a good sized kitchen, a living room with a TV. The place also has a guaranteed (at least from the few times I went there it was always spawned) basement, it is fairly big and can spawn some decent amount of resources, and you can use as a storage area which you will take a good while to fill up;

2. Multiple escape routes in case you need;

3. Good localization, it is by the end of the town so there are less zombies by there;

4. There are farms nearby, so you have easy access to animals;

5. Right by the other side of the river, there is a container from McCOY, it contains lots of planks which will help with the initial barricading.

Cons:

1. Echo Creek is very small and don't take long before you loot every house in the town, making you wander to other places;

2. The Zombie migration will make zombies occasionally wander i front of the place, you will always see one or two passing by and making a block is a bit inconvenient;

3. Not far following the main road there is the highest zombie concentration in the town, it can become problematic depending on the noise you make (eg. a generator might attract at least a few of them);

4. It is a bit far from other cities;
