North Okanagan Valley Cloud

Under a persistent ridge of high pressure, valley cloud is evident throughout the Okanagan-Shuswap today (and the past week). SilverStar Mountain (an "island" just northeast of Vernon) provides respite. The photo looks east at the Monashee Mountains towards the Arrow Lakes.
