Where should I order a custom paint by numbers kit from?

I'm looking to make a custom pbn of a cat. My sister's cat passed away right before Christmas and I'd like to make a pbn for her to hang in her apartment. Does anyone have recs of who makes good custom kits? I'm ideally looking for something that can get here in the next week or two so I can have a week or so I can have it ready before her birthday. I'm ok spending a bit more to get a good kit but its hard to tell the difference between most of these companies looking around. Thanks!
