Upper back pain after chiropractic adjustments… coincidence or cause?

This is kind of a follow-up to my last post.

I went to a chiropractor for neck pain, and since then, my pain has actually gotten worse and has turned into pretty severe upper back pain.

At this point I’m starting to worry that the adjustments may have caused or aggravated something, and I’m honestly regretting continuing to go.

I’m planning to get checked out by some doctor soon because I want to figure out what’s actually going on and make sure nothing serious is wrong.

Which doctor should I visit? Has anyone experienced something similar after chiropractic treatment? Could it be related, or is it more likely a coincidence?
