How is the Final Resurrection supposed to work?

OK so I understand everyone returns to earth for the final judgement etc, however logistically how will

things work? like will there be time for fraternizing before everything is over, so anyone can I don't know talk to historical figures? will everyone be required to wear fashion from their lifetime so you can tell where and when they are from?
