Community Guidelines

The cart may be a bit before the horse with these, but want to start thinking about community guidelines for /nova . Some are tbd, like approach to nsfw posts or comments (that don’t otherwise break the rules). Welcome any thoughts or suggestions.

1. Don’t be an asshole.
   

2. Keep it Northern Virginia–relevant.

3. Disagreement is fine; personal attacks are not.

4. Minimal moderation focusing on blatant rule violations. Use voting and comments to surface good content and bury bad takes.

5. No spam or deliberate misinformation. No commercial posting. Avoid outrage farming.
