Video appears to show Alex Pretti scuffle with agents 11 days before his death

A newly released video shows Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old man, confronting federal immigration officers on a Minneapolis street 11 days before he was fatally shot in another encounter with Customs and Border Protection agents. The video, recorded on Jan. 13 and verified by CBS News partner BBC News, shows Pretti kicking and damaging the taillight of a government SUV. Federal agents then tackle him to the ground. The video does not indicate whether Pretti was detained by federal officers following the incident. Pretti was shot and killed on Jan. 24 during a protest against an operation by immigration officers in south Minneapolis. According to a government report obtained by CBS News, two CBP agents fired their weapons during the encounter.
