Portland police chief cries while admitting DHS was right about Tren de Aragua ties in CBP shooting
Portland Police Chief Bob Day tearfully confirms that two individuals shot during a federal immigration enforcement operation had suspected ties to the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
