Small quality-of-life update.

There’s now a per-community page that always points to the current weekly playlist and automatically updates each week, with an archive of previous playlists.

Same playlists, same rules. This just gives you a stable link if you’d rather not update sidebars manually every week.

If you prefer posting the raw YouTube playlist link weekly, that still works exactly as before.
