Charles's estate, the Duchy of Cornwall, is managed by a large group of professionals, who've grown its value and profits by nearly 50 percent in the past decade. It includes a real estate portfolio that's roughly the size of Chicago. His estate is worth around $1.4B. In comparison the queen's portfolio is worth $949M and the Royal Family's overall worth is around $28B, but there are definitely more secrets.

  • The real estate portfolio, estimated to be around 130,000 acres, includes The Oval, a cricket stadium in south London, farmlands, seaside vacation rentals and suburban supermarket depots. Rental income is upwards of a million dollars per year.
