Timelapse

Hello community! I finally managed to finish getting all the materials on my "shopping list" and now i am ready to build my statue on a server i play on. Since this it the first time i am doing something like this i really wanted to document it, maybe with a timelapse of me building it. Now i am a bedrock player and i only play on my iphone, on the little time i have, would there be a way to record this in third person on my phone? Any suggestion is welcome ^^
