I just documented a way to have a Session view and an Arranger view at the same time in Reaper.

This is nothing special really. There are other tools available that do this. The key difference, is that I wanted to have a way to do it, using just Reaper. Anyone who tells you that Reaper can't have a session view is wrong. :)
