A dad builds a synth for his daughter's 3rd birthday
The good news - she loves playing with it, and it is in fact very cool. Sounds good, too.

Ali Roberts built a portable step-sequencer synthesizer for his daughter's birthday, featuring four sliders for pitch control, an onboard synth module, and a 3D-printed enclosure. The project, which began with an Arduino kit, evolved into a complex endeavor involving microcontrollers, CAD, PCB design, and 3D printing. Despite initial challenges, the final product is a child-friendly music toy that has garnered interest as a potential commercial product.
