Bubbakoo's Burritos sets opening day for Lansing location

Bubbakoo's Burritos, a New Jersey-based franchise restaurant chain known for its burritos, tacos, and other Mexican-inspired items that fuse different flavors, will open its first Lansing location this month.

The restaurant, at 3101 E. Saginaw St., is scheduled to open on Feb. 16. It's been in the works for more than a year.

The important part is that they are giving free burritos to the first 100 customers on their Feb 16th opening day.
