Google confirms ‘Take a Message’ microphone bug, disabling on old Pixel phones

Google has confirmed a microphone bug in the Pixel Phone app's 'Take a Message' feature, which inadvertently sent audio to callers for a small number of users. The issue, affecting a very small subset of Pixel 4 and 5 devices under specific circumstances, has led Google to disable the feature on these devices. Users can still use manual and automatic Call Screening or their carrier voicemail instead.
