PlayStation marks 20 years of PlayStation Store with developers’ picks of games that surprised them

PlayStation’s 20-year Store celebration asked developers to name games that surprised them, not necessarily their all-time favorites. Square Enix’s Naoki Hamaguchi was hooked by Balatro’s growing scores and combinations; San Diego Studio’s Ramone Russell was won over by God of War (2018)’s story. Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer praised the layers of gameplay and story he found in Inscryption.
