PlayStation September 2026 Lineup Draws Cheers and Disc Drive Backlash

PlayStation's official accounts posted the monthly calendar of games. Titles mentioned include The Blood of Dawnwalker, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, NBA 2K27, Mewgenics, Halloween: The Game, Sprawl Zero, BrokenLore: Don't Lie, Hot Wheels Infinite Rush, Marvel’s Wolverine, RuneScape: Dragonwilds, and Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter. Replies from users stated that games run better on other hardware, that the company has damaged its reputation by not addressing customer concerns for months, and that they would skip the one PlayStation exclusive listed to focus on third-party releases instead. Some replies called for another PSBlackout and emphasized that physical games matter.
