Eurogamer Reports Physical Final Fantasy 7 Revelation Needs Download

Eurogamer posted that Final Fantasy 7 Revelation is receiving a physical release on PS5 and other platforms. The outlet states the disc functions mainly as a license and still requires an internet connection to download the game. Its article contrasts the availability of the disc version with the ongoing need for online access, calling the product little more than a license on a disc. The claim appears in the publication's tweet and linked Eurogamer.net report.
