Xbox Cloud Gaming Adds Monthly Hour Limits for Game Pass Starting November

Posts from Windows Central and Steam Deck HQ state that Xbox will impose cloud streaming limits on Game Pass subscribers beginning in November. Multiple accounts report the cap at 15 hours per month for Ultimate tier users. One Reddit thread claims the restriction applies only to new accounts. Commenters including Jez Corden and Eurogamer note the limit aligns with Microsoft's break-even point and question the service's future priority after the change.
