Epic's 2026 AI MegaJam lets teams build games with unlimited AI agents

Unreal Engine says teams of up to five people can use unlimited AI agents to build a playable game in Unreal Engine or Unreal Editor for Fortnite during the November 12–15, 2026, contest. Category winners receive cash prizes, and standout entries can earn development continuation grants of up to $50,000. Destructoid criticized the event as rewarding “AI vibe-coded slop games.”
