Team Vitality says its V.Hive headquarters and community venue in central Paris was looted and vandalized during the unrest on Saturday, Oct. 17. The organization said display windows were smashed, trophies and computer equipment were stolen, and no staff members or fans were injured. V.Hive will remain closed while the damage is assessed, with no reopening date announced.
What was taken
Team Vitality has not published a complete inventory of the missing items. Esports Insider reports that multiple trophies were stolen; footage cited by the outlet appeared to show the StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 Counter-Strike 2 trophy among them.
V.Hive opened in 2019 as both Team Vitality’s headquarters and a public esports space, with gaming stations, a café, a store and areas for training and community events.
The incident came during nationwide demonstrations over living costs, public services and school conditions. Reuters reported that most protesters were peaceful, while violent fringe groups looted businesses and attacked buildings in several cities.
