TLDR
VGC reports that the Entertainment Software Association nominated Anbernic as a “Notorious Online Market” for the US trade representative’s 2026 Notorious Markets List. The ESA alleges its devices are routinely offered or shipped with memory cards holding hundreds or thousands of unauthorized game copies. It also asks the US trade representative to urge governments and market operators to inspect bundled storage and suspend repeat sellers and linked storefronts.
