Caves of Qud's Diaspora expansion is set for December 9 early access, with playable plants and animals

Rock Paper Shotgun reports that Freehold Games plans to release Caves of Qud: Diaspora in early access on December 9, 2026. The expansion will add playable plants and animals, new mutations, and improved road and river networks. Freehold says early access will let the community stress-test the expansion's interlocking systems, with further additions planned throughout 2027.
