GOG announces printable game boxes alongside Preservation Program expansion

GOG says its Preservation Program has expanded with Star Trek: 25th Anniversary and Armikrog, joining Descent, Hitman: Codename 47 and Myst. Through its collaboration with Big Box Collection, GOG says this wave includes rotatable 3D scans of original box art that can be viewed on Windows or Mac without extra plugins. It also offers flat artwork to print, cut, fold and glue into physical PC game boxes at home. GOG suggests pairing those homemade boxes with its DRM-free offline installers.
