TLDR
The official Fire Emblem Heroes account announced the gift on September 15. To change castle designs, it directs players to the castle icon in the Home screen's upper right corner, then Change Design. Separately, another account reported that some Fortune's Weave copies were arriving early and said it would wait before posting about major story events.
