Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 honors Vince Zampella in its credits

VGC, citing Geoff Keighley, reports that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 gives Vince Zampella a separate credits screen reading “In memoriam – Vince Zampella.” Zampella co-founded Infinity Ward and helped create Call of Duty. He later oversaw the Battlefield series before his death in a December 2025 car crash, VGC reports.
