Bloober Team's Cronos: Lazarus story DLC set for December 3, 2026

The planned story takes place before Cronos: The New Dawn. PlayStation describes the Pathfinder as an elite agent of the Collective on a revival mission his masters must never uncover. GOG's description follows the once-loyal Pathfinder as he transforms into the Warden. It places him in the Terminal, cut off from the Collective and trying to awaken a lost Essence.

PlayStation promises faster, more aggressive combat, with teleportation, decoys and a weapon called the Gladius. Its description also tells players to outrun the Tracker. GOG's listing pitches temporary invisibility, too. These are descriptions of the planned game, not an assessment of how it plays.

GOG lists a Dec. 3 release for Windows and says players will need Cronos: The New Dawn to play the DLC. The $9.99 price in PlayStation's trailer description is for PS5.
