Looking for self-imposed challenge YouTubers?

I ran into a YouTuber named sample, he does a silksong pacifist run and I loved it. Then I found greggie grease. I’d love more content like this is incredibly entertaining. Maybe games that don’t revolve around silksong? I’ve seen YouTubers who do imposed souls stuff, but I was hoping for games that aren’t as popular.
