Hypixel, iconic Minecraft server, has acquired Hytale from Riot Games after cancellation earlier this year.

Hytale, a game previously under development by Riot Games, has been acquired by Hypixel Studios, who are committed to its revival and future development. The team has rehired over 30 developers, secured personal funding for the next decade, and plans to launch an early access version with Exploration, Creative, and Modding modes. The game will initially be Windows-only, with cross-platform support planned for later. The community is encouraged to participate in the development process by reporting bugs, creating content, and providing feedback.
