Exodus Previews Draw Mass Effect Comparisons

Polygon called Exodus the second coming of Mass Effect after two hours. Eurogamer reported a positive surprise following 45 minutes. Game Informer footage showed missions on Khonsu involving space frogs and an armor-clad war bear. IGN noted Mass Effect-style sex scenes while confirming players cannot pursue the octopus mercenary. Xbox Wire described a strange new game within familiar space opera trappings. One creator logged nine hours across two sections and reported better combat, deeper buildcrafting, and more believable companions.
