VALORANT introduces a new Performance Score, but its full rules remain unclear

Riot Games has introduced a new VALORANT metric called Performance Score through an official video starring Gekko's Wingman. The accompanying post does not provide a written formula, rollout date or explanation of how the score affects competitive Rank Rating. That distinction matters because Riot has previously said Average Combat Score is not identical to the performance calculations behind rank updates. Until detailed documentation or patch notes arrive, Performance Score's exact inputs and competitive impact remain unconfirmed.
