Ex-Pokémon Champion Banned From Worlds After Cutting in Line

Kotaku reported that former Pokémon world champion Luca Ceribelli was banned from the World Championships after an incident at the Pokémon Center. Coverage states he and another player allowed a competitor with a disability to join their merch line because crowded spaces severely affect him. Dexerto described the action as a queue dispute. The three were told they would be banned from the Pokémon Center but ended up barred from the event itself.
