Path of Exile 2 Adds Swords and Launches Fully in December

PC Gamer states Path of Exile 2 will introduce swords as a new weapon type when the action RPG exits early access and fully launches in December. The update delivers the complete version after months in early access. Grinding Gear Games adds one more class before the game goes free-to-play. In a separate post, GameSpot states Path of Exile receives its full 1.0 release on December 11 2026 and becomes free to play across Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox.
