Silent Hill Townfall patch eases The Weight stealth sections and final puzzle
VGC reports that The Weight’s grabs now deal heavy damage instead of instant death on Story and Normal difficulties.
TLDR
VGC says the version 1.4.0 patch changes The Weight’s grab attacks from instant kills to heavy damage on Story and Normal difficulties. It also adjusts The Weight’s behavior to prevent prolonged camping and overly aggressive tracking. Other enemies are less sensitive to sounds from firearms, running and entering hiding spaces, while a collectible console manual offers a quick reference for the final puzzle.
