CD Projekt Red has The Witcher 4 running on all target platforms. Co-CEO Michal Nowakowski said the studio changed course after Cyberpunk 2077. Earlier the team aimed for the best possible visuals at launch. The new approach requires the game to run on every platform from the first day.
